48 Hours in Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées Paris, France

Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées Paris, France is  a five star hotel located in Paris 8th district at 12 Rue de Marignan. Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Paris and my choice of hotel was the one and only Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées Paris, France. The 5* hotel is located between Avenue George V and Montaigne and a 2 minute walk from Champs Élysées. The hotel which is also a family friendily hotel lies in the heart of the business, fashion and shopping district in Paris and offers luxury, accommodation, a restaurant, bar/lounge, coffee shop/cafe, meeting and a cinema room.

Location
The hotel is located in Paris 8th district which is a great choice for travellers interested in food and shopping. Restaurants, bars, cafes and popular luxury brands such as cartier, louis vuitton, chanel, burberry etc are nearby. Off the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées is an 11-minute walk from the Petit Palais Art Museum and 1.8 km from the Eiffel Tower.

Interiors
Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées embodies the french spirit with elegant decor, a serene and contemporary design. It was formally the townhouse of the Faussigny-Lussinge family in the 18th century.

Rooms
The hotel offers 45 rooms and 5 suites. All rooms are airconditioned and designed to look like contemporary Parisian apartments with marble & oak furniture, equipped with HD flat screen satellite TV, Ipod docks and private bathroom. I had the chance to have a little wonder around the hotel. The wow factor was the Terrace Eiffel Suite. The Terrace Eiffel suite is located on the 7th floor, the suite is 430 square feet, 388 square foot terrace and with views of the eiffel tower. The suite consists of a living room, a dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub in the center and a bedroom.

I stayed at the Deluxe Room on the 2nd floor which is equipped with a king size bed upstairs and a shower with a rainfall showerhead. The Deluxe room features a flat screen TV, Ipod/Ipad/Iphone docking station, espresso coffee machine, bodycare “guerlain” products and two complimentary bottles of water.

Some deluxe rooms offers a single bed upstairs to accommodate a third quest whilst connecting with Premiere rooms or Prestige rooms which makes them perfect for a family stay. Two Deluxe rooms in the hotel are accessible and adapted to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility.

Dining
Canopée Restaurant is the hotel’s restaurant which is on the ground floor where Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. A continental breakfast is served and the hotel’s bar also serves various cocktails, hot and cold drinks as well as tapas menu from 6pm. The restaurant provides traditional french cuisine prepared with seasonal products for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am and lunch served from 12:00 to 3pm. For dinner, the bar is also pleased to serve you from 7am to midnight.

Final Thoughts
Hotel Marignan Champs Élysées Paris, France is the best location in Paris and close to everything. What a charming hotel! Comfort, a warm atmosphere, comprehensive facilities as well as courteous and qualified staff. The concierges are very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is superb and perfect on a quiet street, yet you are 2 minutes walk from the Champ Elysees and Franklin Roosevelt Metro station. Rooms are very neat, clean and spacious. My only issue is there are no gym facilities in the property, However, a totally satisfying and all round experience, nothing more to say!

Wow, ChinWe, you do like to surround yourself with the best, don’t you? What a fabulous place but what impressed me the most – don’t laugh – was the photo of the breakfast. That looked so good.

would love to stay in the Terrace Eiffel room. That looks like the epitome of luxury. I especially love the large balcony. When I visited Paris, I ended up in some slightly seedy hotel in a non-touristy part of town. I guess that’s what you get when your travel agent finds you some special deal for students. This place is beautiful.

Never been to Europe. This is exactly the reason I want to travel there….not just to see it but experience the culture. Thank you for the enticing pictures.

This looks like a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Paris. The decor is a tad too contemporary for my tastes, but I loved the bathroom and the terrace. And the delicious looking table of pastries!

The outside of the hotel looks modern whilst the inside looks cosy and inviting.
I like the breakfast layout. All that bread – not good for the waist but tasty.
Paris is so chic and trendy. I last visited 10 years ago and loved it!

Looks like a wonderful hotel! I’ve been to Paris a couple of times but only stayed at the Intercontinental because I used to work there. Great walk down memory lane – thanks!

Beautiful hotel. Must be like sleeping in an art museum. Surprised to read that it has 45 rooms. The images look as though it is a small luxury boutique hotel.

This is the first hotel I’ve seen on your blog, that I haven’t loved. Except the terrace in the first guest room is just beautiful with the Eiffel tower in the background.I think the lobby is cold and uninviting. I don’ like the minimalist decor and the sharp lines.the food looks fantastic. So, I guess if someone BEGGED to pay my way to Paris and put me up in the hotel Marignan, I’d “suffer” through it,:)

What a fab-looking place! It’s really an interior designer’s dream. My parents are visiting Paris in a few weeks, so I’ll pass this on to them…

I love it! Just my style! Such great touches – the spherical pillows, the giraff, all of it is calling to me!
